Coast to Coast Auto glass sucks! I had my windshield replaced back in Sept. My parents had it done while I was on my honeymoon. A few months went by and it then started to rain. My floor to my car was soaked on the front passenger side. I called and told them what happened and they said they would be out from this time to this time to fix it well they didn't show up. I called a told them no one showed well I was never put in the correct status for someone to come out. This happened 1 more time (no show and wrong status for someone to come out) I called back I was on hold for over and hour before I hung up. I called again and again still being on hold never speaking to a person. My mother wrote an email to them told them what happened and then they wrote back that they would be there the next day. I also called and confirmed but was on hold for a very long time. They came out and sealed the windshield the guy said there was water coming in a few places but I should be good to drive it in an hour or so after it dried. Well a month later now it rain a lot again my floor is soaked again and I cant get a hold of anyone!!! I keep calling and no answer goes straight to a voice mail I have left 2 already in the past 2 days and still call back... Now It said voice mail full. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will go out of my way to tell people not to ever go with this company!!! Horrible!
