All they care about is the sale, and to them, the service ends there. Worst Experience ever. Dealership don't care about the customer once the sale is made.
Poor service managers and their assistants.
They took money and never installed the accessories that they promised to install.
I would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone. I have submitted the issue with Audi Customer care and hoping that they would be able to resolve the same.
They will tell you anything you want to hear until you sign, then, you no longer exist in their eyes.
I will not EVER go back.
