We made the awful mistake of purchasing a 2004 BMW 745i from the snakes at Luxury Motors Downers grove in January. Since our purchase date we have had nothing but problems and roadblocks when dealing with the company.
We should have known something was wrong when the salesman had us sign a form that we could not file a complaint agianst them unless we first tried to resolve it with the company with out a 3rd party!!! HUGE MISTAKE!
The day we picked the vehicle up to take it home was a disaster! We left the car lot and a block down the street the car signaled it had a FLAT TIRE, and there was no gas in the car either! We returned to the dealership only to find no one was willing to repair the tire or take any responsibility whatsoever. We waited in the garage area for an additional 3 HOURS waiting on a repair.
On top of all that, the car had been stripped (by the dealership) of the Navigation CD, Owners Manual, and Windshield Wipers! I spent the next 2 months trying to get someone to reimburse us and send us the missing items that were promised to us at the time of the sale, only to be ingored and leave countless unreturned messages! They DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once they close the sale, they are no longer interested in helping their customers.
Luxury Motors Downers Grove is worse than a second class dealership with little consideration for customer loyalty! We still have not been compensated and we may never be. Please, do not make the same mistake we did! Do not buy a car from luxury motors downers grove! Unless you want to be ripped off!
