They never covered a single thing I called on them for. They always found a way to not pay. Paid over $1500 for a warranty and never got a dime from them.
They would always use terms like it was not a failure, it was wear and tear or can't see anything wrong by looking at it. They always had an excuse.
I have talked to many other indivisuals at garages who say they have done this to alot of people. Their inspectors won't even give their names when inspecting. I was there for an inspection and it was a joke.
He looked at a transmission and said he couldn't see anything physically wrong with it so it wasn't covered. Even though while in the car the transmission would only work in 1st gear.
