I paid $2500 for this what appears to be worthless coverage.
On Jan 12, I took my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica to the dealer to perform repairs. It took the dealer several calls over two days to contact the claims office. The Dealer was given an authorization for repairs and instructed me to pay for it and then submit the claim for reimbursement which I did.
Thirty days later FWG sent me a form letter requesting copy of "... All records of past maintenance performed..." I sent 36 pages of all records and paid receipts performed since I bought the car new. Almost all (except one or two oil changes) were performed by a Chrysler dealer. I have delivery confirmation that they received the records.
On March 21, I received another form letter "... Requesting additional past maintenance (oil changes, flushes, etc.) performed on your vehicle, must have verifiable store receipts, showing date and mileage at time of service."
This was all on the original package I sent them and the dealer marked the mileage and stamped my receipt "PAID."
I have been trying to speak to someone in claims, but like others on this thread there is no answer or VM. I have waited on "hold" or should I call it "Ignore" for more than 15 minutes when I call the "customer service" number 800-649-1856.
Avoid this company!!
