They are refusing to pay a claim. Previous claims have been paid to the service provider without a history of maintenance being required. Now, I had to pay for the service and had to provide documented proof of maintenance and multiple other pieces of information such as Auto registration.
They are refusing to pay for a wheel bearing because they have no record of my cooling system being flushed. Copies of invoice for Sept. 2008 repairs shows my coolant was replaced when the other repairs were made. The provider of this service has said it was not necessary to flush the cooling system. This provider is a certified General Motors Dealer Maintenance provider and I believe would know what is required for my Oldsmobile Silhouette.
First Warranty Group mentioned to me that they have already paid over $1100 out on this policy. However, this warranty cost me over $1700 and is still in effect.
I wonder how many other clients have been found this Warranty Group to be less than honest.
