We purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer from Spradley Ford on November 1. After the purchase I read the newspaper where I read the ad stating receive a free dvd player wuth the purchase of a new vehicle. They lied.
When I contacted the dealership about the dvd player they said I didn't qualify for it because they gave me too good of a deal on the Explorer. This not only happened to me, but also at least three other peopel I am aware of.
