I brought my car in to have an unknown electrical problem diagnosed and repaired. When I brought the car in all of the vehicles lights were working properly. When I picked up the vehicle I was told that they could not identify the problem but was still charged a fee of $42.40. The service technician lost the bolt that holds the battery in place on the vehicle and refused to compensate me for it.
Immediately after leaving I realized that the head light and tail light were burned out. There is a display on the dashboard of the car that notifies me immediately. I called Don Philips (whom I believe is the owner) to complain immediately and he told me he would speak with the technician. When he did not return my call I called him back and he flatly refused to repair or compensate me for the lights that were damaged by the shop and also refused to replace the battery bolt.
