I took my car to this company on the 26th of january cause i was having problems with it over-heating. I was told it was the thermostat, so they changed it at $296.19 plus tax. Took the car to work the next day to have it over-heat again. Kevin said bring it in, its probably an air bubble. They toped it off with coolant and off i went. That didnt work, same thing over and over kept happening. Bring it in again and they changed a fan something-or-other and they test drove to find that didnt work. They changed it back and didnt charge me the 300 bucks for that part. They kept it over night so they could post my problem on a fix it site and get some feed back from strangers.
Now i'm really starting to Question thier ability to fix a problem with a car. Someone told them it was the radiator. It was to be clogged and would only be 50 bucks more then the fan thing would have been.
We now have a new radiator ($397.53) a new thermostat at ($296.19) and a car that still over-heats.
I called Kevin, (the same guy that in the very beginning told me on the phone before i ever went there, it sounds like an air-bubble.) he said to bring it back in but he cant give me back my old radiator and the money i paid for it. I told him i just cant keep changing good parts till we find the real problem.
I feel these guys have no idea what they are doing and Kevin just keeps bull-shitting you to get your car on thier lift.
