I went to this Jensen Tire in Millard about February 28th. I told them to give me a new set of tires and check an overheating/leaking problem to fix it. They called me back about 4 hours later saying they got the tires on. And they think its the thermostat that was causing the problem. I told them that it did not leak from that spot. They ended up changing the thermostat and calling me back about brakes and all sorts of other stuff like shocks and struts. I said no i wanted the overheating problem fixed. I went to pick it up about 8 hours later from when i dropped it off and they charged me $1000 for a bunch of odd charges. The main thing is they didnt fix what i told them to and i paid for new brakes when i didnt want them. They argued with us about the charges and ended up giving me $150 back. The brakes were checked out by a Midas and they said the right front caliper is leaking now and i want my money back for the brakes. They are not good at all!!!
