FIRST AND FOREMOST there was AN EXTRA 10,515 miles OVER WHAT HE LISTED VEHICLE AT-HE SAID THERE WEREONLY 10,000 miles on car there were 20,515 miles
He claims to detail/do oil changes on all his vehicles-CAR IS FILTHY AND STAINED UP has definitely NOT been detailed! CAR NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE theoil was OLD/OVERFILLED!

will not make right as promised he keeps giving me the run around and will not answer his cell phone. HE will only text message me. I'm going to take him to small claims court because i'm NOT getting anywhere with this guy! He has scammed others too but he has gotten away with it. HE MESSED with the WRONG PERSON this time. After I'm threw I hope his license is snatched. I'm contacting NEW YORK BBB and the attorney general because this is FRAUD and deliberate falsification off information so this could also be criminal!
