Their warranty should be called a reach around instead of a wrap around deerfield beach

I hope someone starts a class action against these coneheads, because i want in. When your my age you tend to have a little shorter fuse when it comes to dealing with creeps. After the dealership was turned down for the coverage of parts named in my brosure as being covered, i desided to call and find out for myself. My answers were clearly a standard set of answers probably given to anyone with a claim.

I have proof in black and white that i am being screwed and wasn't even treated to dinner, or a movie.
I called toyota when i got home from the dealership and told them exactually what i thought of these people that they're pushing warranties from. I love my truck and have had no trouble with the dealership, but man was i pissed when i left there. Anxiety medicine helps a little bit, but i could have stood something stronger. I will go to the consumer protection agency next, because i know im right and don't give up easy. My wife and i have a struggling small business and don't have money to throw at the conehead theeves.
