My first report was strickly about Fidelity Warranty Services in Deerfield Beach Florida, but since I have been contacted by Toyota Cares, I have desided to include them this time. They claim no responsibility what so ever with the worthless warranty that they've sold us covering, or should I say not covering our vehicle. They appologized for the $1,499.00 Platinum crapolla, that they touted at time of purchase, as being one of the best Warranty Coverages on the market.
What a bunch of Horse Droppings that turned out to be. I remember them looking at my wife and saying"Mrs. Jennings, EVERYTHING ON THIS VEHICLE WILL BE COVERED UNTIL IT'S PAID OFF", and like a fool we beleived the slick sales managers words, as he looked us both straight in the eyes. I have saved all corespondences we've had with the pirate dealership here in Norfolk Va., and will never forget how we've been treated by those who" bare false witness". I'm sure we're not alone in this struggle.
