Since January 15, when I ordered boy's snowpants from the megabrat.com website, $14.99 was taken from my account. They never sent me a delivery status or anything. The only thing I have is a payment confirmation because I paid through PayPals.com. Since that time, there has been nothing to verify my order from Megabrat.com.in fact, the site now states that this "Cody Armstrong" has taken a sick leave for weeks to come.
I am thoroughly frustrated with this company. The phone number leads to nowhere. There is no e-mail address to contact. There is no actual address for the company to contact.
My son needed those snowpants for school. I haven't been able to get any from the stores because they've been sold out. Now winter is half over. We are poor. I trusted this company with my money. These kinds of "fly by night" web ripoffs should not be allowed to solicit. Who is supposed to be watching over internet businesses? There has got to be someone.
