Jiffy lube told me in November that my coolant was so bad, that I needed to get a $100 "purging and $16 worth of proper coolant replacement. I only went in there for a simple oil change.
Exactly 4 months later, they told my husband the exact same thing about the exact same car. They were the last people to touch the coolant, but it was the wrong kind of coolant and therefor really needed to be purged and refilled with rather expensive coolant.
When he came home and showed my the reciept I nearly lost it. I have both reciepts and they have just lied and scamed a customer.
