We were hit by an United Equitable insured driver in Oct. Sitting at a stop light. Since the accident I have called our adjuster Joey Jones many times trying to get our vehicle fixed. I get lots of answering machines and promises to return calls but nothing. I have had to do all the leg work and spent many hours on the phone to try to resolve this issue. And nothing! My truck still isn't fixed. I'm still seeing a doctor for the neck injury I recieved. It is very stressful to deal with this company!
We were told they wouldn't pay the amount of our estimate. And would decide what they were going to pay of my medical bills. This is truely unfair for us to go through this when we are the victims!!! I wouldn't wish for anyone else to have to deal with this company! It has been a real nightmare!!
