On January 21st I was at a stop light and my vehicle was hit from the rear. Their was no damage to my vehicle.
I only received a claim form from the insurance company dated January 23rd.
I was taken to the hospital by ambulance for neck and back injury. An x-ray was taken of my neck. I had severe neck and back spasms.
I was given a prescription and told to follow-up with my doctor. I saw my doctor on January 24th and received a shot for the spasms. An x-ray was taken of my back. I received a different prescription at that time because I was not getting any relief from the first medication
On February 14th and MRI of my Thoracic Spine and Lumbar. The results and all medical reports and medications that I were taking were sent to the insurance company.
I started calling Unique Insurance in April to find out what was going on with my case. I spoke with one claims adjuster who was very rude. She gave me the name of the adjuster that was supposedly handling my case.
I've called him several times and my calls were not returned.
