Urban Neon Car Lights
I placed an order withthis company on the 20th of decenber 2008 I knew the order would be a few days late for xmas however that was civered because it was a gift to my step son who would not be here until new years Bowmanvill, Ontario canada

I placed an online order with this company on 20 Dec I knew it would be a little late but it was for my step son who would not be here until new years anyway. I made several attempts to contact teh company through the customer care as well as by phone, all met with negative results. Finally on 6 Jan I recieved an email from the president who told me that they had been closed for the holidays adn that my order was to be shipped the next day (7 Jan 09).

I still have not received my order or a tracking number as I was told I would also I have attempted to contact teh company several; times via email and through the ustomer care and by phone no response. Three days ago someone accidentally answered the phone I heard a male in the background telling them to hang up we don't anser the phones
