I originally had an auto loan with North Fork Bank until these morons bought it out. Granted, North Fork Bank wasn't the easiest company to deal with but, hey they were located in Jersey... What do you expect? But these people, these people... Oh, they definitely take the cake.
I had a 10 day grace period with North Fork Bank. As long as they got their payment by the 27th of the month, they were happy, and so was I:). Then one day, a few months back, I got a call on the 18th of the month from some snot from Capital One Auto Finance demanding I make my payment over the phone, with might I add, a nice $15 fee added for a phone payment. Hell No was that gonna happen.
