Has someone else noticed this Alamo fraud? (Ontario, California airport) You reunite the rental car only a little after 4:30 am - there are certainly a type of vehicles - most people are returnining their rental vehicle. There's just some other cubicle (anything else is shut)- without any Alamo employees there or any indicator it's "available". Others returning cars state "there is no one below - you've to depart the secrets within the drop-box"- Meanwhile most are arriving and heading, returning their vehicles, without any consultant insight. You follow the instructions about the drop-box - abandon the keys & agreement.
Per month later, you obtain your charge card record having a charge for an additional time. Whenever you contact them-they state there is a consultant there-from 4:30 am which you delivered it the next evening
Appears like a profitable method of obtaining additional costs! Other people noticed this?
