Ripoff, written word means nothing, never can contact him, always a third party

I purhased a used transmission from Mikes auto at kensington and somerset with a 30 day warranty on it and my transmission went in 24 days. That day I contact his shop and let a worker by the name of george know and I was told that mike was going to contact me.

I called every day after that for a week and never talked to mike but the third party told me that mike will find me another transmission (no matter how long it will take) or I can get a 300 credit and buy a car from his lot.

I thought that was o.K. Even though I paid 400 for it and 300 for someone to put it in, but when I looked around his lot and didn't find anything I wanted the credit in writing and he had the nerve to write on it, that I had 30 days to find a car that I want.

So If you ever need a used car don't go to mikes auto and he has 3 lots working on 4 so be careful.
