Rankl And Ries Motor Cars
Incompitant mechanics poor customer dervice and junk cars

Basically Rankle and ries mechanics dont know what they are doing, they will screw your car up if they work on it. Took my car in to have a vacume line replaced, and come to find that now the radiator is broke and leaking, pay a 100.00 deductable on my warranty contract to get that fixed then the car is now leaking oil and the radio and heated seats are not working. Get the oil leak fixed and low and behold 6 months later the motor blows up

18,000.00 for a 1999 BMW
1775.00 extended warranty with great lakes
1500.00 in after sale repairs

21,275.00 spent on a car and if I want t drive it again

I need to put another 10,500.00 into it as Rankl and Ries laughs all the way to the bank.

If your going to buy a car dont buy there and stay away from the extended warranty contracts because they will pay for small things that dont matter but the big repairs you need their help with they wont pay they have stipulations that make it impossible to make a claim on a major repair.
