It all started when my brother purchased a car from the owner at this car lot. It was not the best looking, but ran good, and my brother needed a car in order to keep the great job he had. The passenger door handle was missing and there was not a cd player, but besides that, it sounded like a good first car. The owner said that he would fix the door handle free of charge, he would just have to bring the car in the following week. I advised my brother that I had a cd player he could have installed. He bought the car.
It ran good for about 2 weeks, and after those two weeks, he had to replace the battery, alternater, all four tires, the head lights, and fix a hose leak all in 3 months.
We then got curious, and decided to research this "company" online. They apparently like to buy wrecked / total cars and re sale them.
My brother got laid off his job, as many people as these days, and was unable to make the car payment. We talked about this and we really did not mind that he would lose this car if it meant losing this company.
They ended up taking the car the car back, and my brother was not mad or upset, but kind of greatful.
My boyfriend and I took my brother up there to clean out the car and to get my cd player back. Well apparently eventhough it was sold to my brother with NO cd payer OR radio, we could not have it. They stated that since it now mounted to the car, i could not take it. He, mike, also stated this is in the contract. When i asked to see this "contract" he would not respond, nor could produce me with such contract.
If the car did not come with the radio, why could i not have my cd player. I was furious! After we cleaned out the car, all but my cd player, we left. I will be filing a stolen property report with the Cherokee County Police Dept. And hopefully no one esle will get screwed over by these idiot con artist!
Do not buy from these people! This is your warning.
