09/27 08 I was looking into changeing my car. Sat down with the sales rep and worked out a deal when I found something I liked.
At this time I asked the sales rep if I could hold of for 24 hours as I wonted to check and see if I could aford the payments. The sales rep asked if I could put something down to hold the car. I give him $ 100.00 dollers on my debit master card. And we would get our money back if we did not take the deal.
As it turned out it would have hurt me big time and it was not the time to go for it. Went back to the dealer and talked with the sales rep and told him the story. He then gave me a refund paper and told me it would be in my account in a few days.
My wife checked the statement at the end of the month it was not there. We waited until november still not there. December I called and was asked to fax in some info. Up until know I still have not got any thing.
$100.00 dollers is not much but it is to me and I am sure they are doing it to other people. At this stage if I don, t get it back it is ok as long as they don, t do it to someone else.
