They illegally towed my vehicle, but when I tried to get info from them, they wouldn't even give me their names, or even the owner's name and suggested that I contact a lawer. They made me wait in a cold night for about an hour while they took info from my driver's licence and credit card number and charged me $355.00 for a 5 mile tow.

At least one of their employees was found guilty of paying kickbacks for a federal DEA contract. So, at least one of them (and maybe more) are felons - not the best people to trust with your info. The same article also mentions that they were under federal investigation and even other towing companies complain about them.
