I received a call from them today regarding my regular warranty had only 30,000 miles and 3 yrs left on the warranty and I had to get an extended warranty today or else they will close my account. They wanted to charge me $5600 for 5 years 100,000 mile warranty. When I said that it was an obscene amount of money he said "Most people who drive a BMW have the money to pay this". When he said this I got really upset, I had just paid off my car and now he wanted me to put $1000 down and pay over $300 a month for 15 months. Come on, that is a car payment. Thank God I had received a letter from my dealership in regards to an extended warranty and when I mentioned that letter, the guy from Heritage told me they never heard about that dealership. I hung up and called my dealer and their extended warranty was ridiculously cheaper and does the same as my existing warranty.
