I work for my grandma, she is 94y/o. I went to visit her, and decided to spend the night, my aunt gave me a visitors pass to put in the car of my window. Which the landlord had given to my aunt and my grandma, when i woke up my car was gone, not so much as a notice my car was gone. Went to the managers office they were closed, called back about a hour later and talked to the manager he gave me the tow company's number.
I do not know when my car was towed, I have been given three different time lines. It has not been 24hrs and to get my car back i have to pay 197 dollars this is at 11:00am. Called at two oclock now the fee is 218. My car was towed because the visitor pass had expired, I did not knowthat and my grandma did not know either. No one explained to her that she has to get the visitor pass every month. I thought I was suppose to get some kind of notice.
