My enter household having signals problems. My grandma and i visit an office report the problem they change our sim card the problem is still there. I called customers services they said they r working on the problem no change. My grandma is 80 years old her phone dont work at all in her bedroom, most buildings we go in it dont work neither at my work place. My family is very worried when my grandma alone is at home thats very sad n she has a phone. My grandma has a contract with them it dont expire until next year july. They charge a few to end a contract but if we r not getting good service i think they should release it without a cost to us. Can u please review those policies for us. My grandma is so upset n angry. Am a per dem n without my phone i dont work. I get sos on my phone more than how i get calls. We r in the Bridgeport Connecticut area please investigate fast for us.
