Ripoff of my money I was sopposed to get back. They also took money from my bank for unaproved helth insurance

I was told that I was going to recive $1000 back if I would'nt use my insureance for 5 years or 100,000 miles I did not use it and I nrver got my money back i feel that they shuold'nt get away with that because we work hard for our money just to give it out like that
