Ripoff false promises

I have Warranty usa for warranty on my car. When I call that's how I found out that they was filling for chapter 11. I as her how much money did I owe on the account then she told me. I ask her about the chapter ll she told me I will recive information in the mail I have not recive anything. I pay my money for a warrent that I can't use all I need to know is what to do.
