I'm obtaining the same run-around from sears. I bought this machine and dryer set and am now-not ready to receive it. They advised me at that time of purchase that I'd not have the ability to receive it untill February which was good by me. Today I'm advised I can't receive it whatsoever. The machine and dryer combination choices they wish to substitute it with is just a laugh. The alternative machine and dryers provided are reguler cost what I taken care of the samsung for sale. Sears realized they might not satisfy these purchases however they got our cash. Sears must take resposibility and provide a comperable (same dimension, same unique cost!) machine in dryer in its location. Does anybody understand officially so what can be achieved e-mail me [email protected]???
