I purchased a used 2004 Chevrolet Blazer with 45,200 miles from a used Honda dealer, at the end of March. I've driven it less than 3000 miles in just less than 9 months that I've owned it. Recently, the heater stopped working (and was blowing cold air) and the window wouldn't roll down. Fidelity says they won't cover either. I have the Gold Plus warranty for 3 years/36,000 miles. Working heat and a window that rolls up and down is a basic need. It's -10 degrees out and I have no heat! Both were factory installed parts that failed. The local Chevy dealership wants almost $600 to replace a $25 part for the heater to work properly! The Honda dealer told me it was a full warranty and that it covered everything except basic maintenance. I don't know who is a bigger fraud and liar... Fidelity or the Honda dealer! I paid almost $2400 for this worthless "warranty" that isn't a warranty. The company is called Fidelity WARRANTY Services but they are just taking your money and you are stuck with the repair bills. Don't buy anything from them... Ever!!!
