Deceptive, Worthless, So-Called Warranty

One year ago I purchased a used 2002 Volkswagen Passat at DCH Volkswagen in Maplewood, N.J. I purchased a 24 month Extended Warranty from the dealer, to give me some piece of mind when the original Volkswagen Warranty expired at 50,000.

Once the Fidelity Warranty began, not once have they honored any part of it. Each and every claim has been denied. I believe that since the dealerships are selling these worthless pieces of paper that they should be made to accept some responsiblity for them, Mine cost $1,500.

Fidelity Warranty Services should be thoroughly investigated and held accountable for the financial hardships that their company has brought to bear on so many hardworking families.

I call on ever one that has been harmed by this company to
take collective action...
