I paid 110.00 bucks to get a room at Hilton throught hotwire, named resort and was assured a LOW-smoking area.
After I got there, they offered us a gathering space having a disguise-a-bed double sofa pull out. No apology—lots of poor perspective and incredibly rude staff. Never again with Hilton or Hotwire!!! After I named Hotwire, they informed us "too poor".
Fantastic jerks to cope with!!! Wish they're going broke shortly.
