My payments are made and ahead of schedule. But Chrysler insists that I am a month behind. Which they have not proven to me yet. I can see my payments and it shows that I am on time.
When I call there to try to fix the situation. Because if I don't call... They will call me 10 times a day with a recording for me to call. All the operator said to me when I called was "if you would like to make a payment over the phone..." aarrrggghhh. Show me were I am late.
When I ask to speak to a supervisor she told me that all they would do is tell me the same thing. That I am a month behind in payments.
