Rip off / sells cars that are safety hazards

I purchased 2005 van from them in august. The day after delivery had to call stan - had bad tires and rear brakes were non-existant. Have to say they handled that porblem fine - now 2 months later i had to get 4 new tires and found out that the tie rods are garbage - on a van with less then 40k miles on it - now they won't even call be back.

Filing a lawsuit against them - i won't be a victim this time - they will stand behind the garbage they sell
