Complaint / Review
Cerami Pontiac GMC - Isuzu
Service Department going out of Business

I brought my car to Cerami Pontiac because my engine light came on. They charged me $312.75. I also had to rent a car from Enterprise in Paramus that cost me over $160.00.

I picked the car on 11/13/08.By 11/15/08 the engine light came on again.

I called the Service Advisor, Anthony Minervini, three times to complain about this and he never returned my calls.

I spoke to the Service Manager Steve Monsees who never addressed the fact that Mr. Minervini never returned my calls.

When I explain what happened and that Warranty is for 90 days or 4,000 miles he stated that there was nothing he could do about this. That's because they were closing Cerami and no longer accepting vehicles for repairs. I asked him why I was not told of this because I would not have brought my car to them for repairs he stated that this was none of his business.

I complained that I wasted over $472.75 and my car was still not fixed. He exclaimed that was not his problem.

I protested that they should honor their warranty and he refused.

If you are planning on any repairs or buying a car please go somewhere else. If not, you will be left with not being able to talk to someone if problems occur after the fact.
