Misleading Information the warranty is all a way to get you to purchase

I purchased my car 4/08/08 I had went to a couple of other dealers and was unable to purchase from them because of my credit score. I just had gotten a job and needed transportation. I dealt with a man named Mammel. Put 400$ down and was told that my payment is $330.24 a month.

I was told if any repairs were needed for 18,000 miles or 18 months it would be fixed. My check engine soon light came on in my car I took it to the shop to discover that my transmission was slipping and I took it to the shop that the service department recommended.

The thing about the service department is all parts are used, comes out of a junk yard or wherever but not new. Next thing I know the the shop tells me that it is a known fact that Saturns 1991-1996's have head cylinder problems which is now what it needs after the transmission was repaired the shop told me that if I drove the car it would blow the engine from over heating.

Carhops service department does not want to pay what the shop that they recommended to me wants to charge. It appears they are giving me the run around on what is covered under the warranty and should be repaired bottom line is carhop is not a valid company to do business with.

Also their referral program is crap I referred three people before I knew all this. Only two referrals have come off my account and one is still in limbo now they are trying to say that I am XX amount of days late for the 1 referral I am waiting to go through. If I could I would go to the sales department and picket all day and all night in front of their business so that people are aware of this co. Scams.
I am in jeopardy of losing my job b/c my car has been in the shop now for a week and no telling how much longer it will take to do the repairs b/c again the service/warranty department does not want to pay the price that the shop request to do the repairs they want to charge less so basically they contract with a vendor to do the repairs and then try to tell them how much they will pay for used parts and labor.

I went to Autopro in renton, wa they charged $900 for the transmission to be put in service department supplied the used transmission, now the service department is saying they were authorizing payment of $700.
