I didn't know these guys sold off of e-bay as they also rip people off walking in off the street at their car lot, Hot RIde Motors, located at the corner of Kensington Ave & Venango Sts. This joint is run by the head snake of the outfit, Sam Laken along with his equally slimy partner Andre Losev. You will know these guys are lying when their lips are moving. They will tell you one price and when you go to sign there is an additional $4000 on the bill of sale and they do not even go over the paper work with you and say just sign sign sign and had I not INSISTED to actually read the papers they were pushing in my face I would have been in the same pickle as a good friend of mine who actually DID sign and now has a financed car in his driveway with a blown engine just 3 weeks after driving off the lot!
His trusted mechanic told him that they did what they could to disguise the problems of this vehicle until the ink was dry on the paperwork and now these snakes will not even take his calls saying that he is on his own beings that he didn't want to pay an extra $4000 for an extended warranty. Anyone out there ever have to pay that much for a 1 year extended warranty on a 10 year old car? Not only did my friend pay TOO much for a car which no longer runs but still the titlework hasn't been completed as it seems the car is on some kind of auction floor plan??? And hasn't yet been turned over to the dealership??? Ever hear anything like that?
My friend who lives in NJ is still on a temp tag and is not even able to get his vehicle inspected as it would have to be towed to get it done and what about the "Inspection Guaranteed" which was promised my friend BEFORE handing over his hefty CASH down payment to these two snakes in the grass. And not only is he out his down stoke leaving him with a car he can't drive or get inspected he also has a financed vehicle that he can't drive without having to shell out additional money for a new engine.
I am the fortunate person here as I walked out without actually buying a car but anyone even thinking about buying anything from Slimy Sam Laken or Andrei the Snake Losev, my advice to you would be RUN Do NOT walk as fast as you can away from there not unless you enjoy being RIPPED-OFF!
