Were you Ripped-Off by Sam Laken and the ELUSIVE Andrei Losev, at Hot Ride Motors, located at the corner of Kensington Ave. & Venango Sts., in the city of Philadelphia, PA 19134?
If so, please post your complaint, as I am compiling a class action complaint, to be filed, with the State Attorney General's office, so that we can prevent others, from being ripped off, on E-Bay, by Hot Ride Motors; specifically by Sam Laken & Andrei Losev!!!
Were you told, that you WON a bid on e-bay, for your dream vehicle, only to discover, upon actually SEEING said dream vehicle, that not only were you lied to, by Sam Laken, of Hot Ride Motors, but also, that the pictures, of said vehicle, posted on E-Bay, also lied?
If the vehicle you purchased, on E-bay, from Sam Laken @ Hot Ride Motors, has any dents, scratchs, rips, etc., more than likely, this will NOT be disclosed nor will they be included, in any pictures, posted on E-Bay!
They also will NOT tell you, UNTIL arriving at the dealership, to pick up your paid in full, purchased vehicle, that the 'title' for said vehicle, is not yet available and will then proceed, to send you home, out of state, on a dealer tag, for sometimes, months!!! Before you are able to get your vehicle 'registered' in your own name! Is this even 'legal'? That, I don't yet know, as this is a question, I've been told, for the Pennsylvania State Police.
Also, they will overnight you a 'bill of sale' with even a return, over-night postage paid envelope, for you to sign and return to them, your 'bill of sale', thus ensuring, that you will NOT get your money back, after discovering, that what you saw on E-Bay, was NOT what you purchased, in reality!
There are those of you, out there, who had the misfortune, of doing business with Laken and Losev @ Hot Ride Motors, who thought the auction insurance would cover ALL expenses, of being ripped off, by these individuals. NOT so! By all means, DO report your experiences, with E-Bay, as the more of you who do, the sooner they will be prohibited, from conducting business on E-Bay, but I've been told, that this particular group of scammers, have been known, to open up several E-Bay accounts, under different names, etc. Etc., and for more than a year, have been allowed, to rip off consumers on E-Bay!
PLEASE post your story ASAP, with your experiences, with Hot Ride Motors; specifically with Sam Laken and Andrei Losev. This company works primarily out of it's main location, at Kensington Ave. & Venango Sts., Philadelphia, PA 19134, and even their phone number has been known to change! Currently, their dealership number is 215-437-3332, though it is my understanding, that there are several different 'cell' numbers, used on E-Bay, for Sam Laken & Andrei Losev, of Hot Ride Motors.
In today's economy, it is imperative, that we, as consumers, speak out, against individuals, such as these, who put all used car dealershops, to shame and my thanks, to this site, for allowing us, the consumers, the forum in which, to gather the information needed, to put a stop, to these business practices, which are hurting us all!
