I went to get a tune-up and oil change and the owner told me that I needed all kinds of other stuff to my car I ageeded to get them done. Later when I went to my house I noticed that I was charged for some items that I did not agree to.
When I went down to Purrfect Auto the owner wasnt there so I spoke to the manager and I told him my situation and told he my power sterning flush was not done, so he checked it out and agreeded that it was not done and to come back and get a refund from the manager tomorrow.
When I came back The owner said he made a mistake, he thought he fixed it. And he said he was not going to refund me because other auto services charges more for BMW's and he gave me a good deal! Then I told him that it is faud to charge for items that were not fixed so he agreed to give me a refund until him and my sister got into an argument about cheating me.
