Phones unanswered during posted business hours

Apparently something must be going on, Drive is not answering their phone every time you call during business hours they say they are closed. Strange, their hours they say are Monday thru Thursday 7am-11pm Friday 7-7 and Saturday 10-2. What's going on? Drive Financial and Saturn of Amarillo are now the same way. Please get Drive out of business, they have ruined my credit!
