This report concerns an Ebay store that is selling refurbished junk to Americans and not honoring their warranties.
After spending over $1000 dollars with this Hong Kong Based manufacturer
and 2 product failures these ebay rip-offs are telling me I have no recourse
except to purchase more of their junk.

If you purchase from their web site they offer you a 1 year warranty.
If you purchase from their Ebay on line store they offer you a 3 month warranty.
They do not tell you this before or after purchase. They tell you this when their junk fails.
Even though in order to register your warranty you have to go to their Internet website.
What they are doing is reselling their refurbished junk that was already sent back to the factory for repair on Ebay and they patch it up enough to work for a short time so they can place it on the ebay web site.
To top it off Ebay removed my scathing feedback in their discussion board with in 10 minutes of posting it. Apparently ebay is also willing to support any seller that will make them a buck even at the cost of ripping off their customers.
I asked ebay why they removed my feed back and where is the appropriate place to post it in an attempt to WARN others and they refuse to answer my emails.
Item # 1 is a 951 10.2" tft lcd car back view monitor cmos camera
cost:$201.00 usd
Item#2 965 7" lcd car in dash tv monitor vcd dvd gps receiver
cost:$405.00 usd
Shipping on both items from china was $110.00 one way. Both items failed completely after only 5 months.
Total cost of rip off: $716.00
When I reported this to them they told me I had no recourse but to purchase another unit from them or have their Chinese junk repaired locally.
I took it to a local electronics shop who stated that the parts were no where to be found except in China.
I also asked them for their opinion of the quality of the units and they told me that I had been ripped off royally. That there was not $40.00 worth of parts in both units combined!!!

I'm sorry to make you unhappy, but we really want to help you save money so we told you to repair it in your place, and if you want to buy another main item to together with the GPS, you can tell me which one you want and then we can help you check whether we have one in stock, is it ok?

We as Americans are sick and tired of these immoral and rip off business practices
If you think about it most big box stores here in America sell these kinds of junk
at a premium price.
