To start out with, I've brought those a-holes a LOT of business (my 3 cars, my friends' cars), totaling close to $10,000 for tires and service. And they still treat me and everyone else like they don't want NOTHING to do with customers. Seriously! This is the first business in USA where there is NO customer service, and I don't know how they still survive!
But anyways, here's what happened. I and a friend of mine who got his tires installed there recently, go back to the shop for 2 reasons: I wanted to get summer tires put on my car (that I brought), and he wanted to get his tires rebalanced because after they installed them the car was shaking like crazy. So first of all - I go out to my car with a "professional" (a short old guy who first said he's just a driver, then was saying that he is the president of the company Gary Bergman) because I wanted to ask a "professional" opinion whether or not the tires that I brought would fit on my car (original size 50 and I brought 55). He would not give me any professional help as all he kept saying to answer all my questions was: "I don't know. You want me to put them on I'll put them on".
So realizing that I couldn't get any information out of that grandpa-driver-president, I told them to go ahead and put them on. Then he left and went on a drive with my friend to see for himself that his car is vibrating going over 45mph, because he just "couldn't believe they messed up the balancing" (cause they're SOo perfect in every way lol), and even after actually feeling a huge vibration, still was refusing it was their misbalancing. So after some time arguing with my friend, who is a professional driver for 20 years and knows more about cars then their whole company put together, my friend convinced them to rebalance the tires and the old and now angry man took the car in.
I went to a gas station when this whole arguing occurred, and came back to pick up my car with the new tires put on (that's what I was expecting), when my friend tells me that they had an argument and told us to take our cars and leave and never come back. WOW! I wasn't even IN the argument or near the argument, and now I'm getting the boot for just the reason that I'm the guy's friend? And at the front desk when I asked what was the reason for me not getting service today, they told me that "the tires didn't fit"! But they didn't even try to put them on! So I leave with a nice "this is bulls*t" an a finger while I'm driving away.
Now guess what happened next? I went to Big O across the street and they put on my "super oversize not fittable" tires with no problems, and my friend drives off with no vibration! So all the arguing and losing 2 customers (who have 3 cars each and a lot of friends that are now not ever going to go to their store) and all because of their own mistake! GOD THEY'RE STUPID!
So I go to the main store and warehouse over in Denver on 4985 Colorado Blvd. To speak with the president of the company directly about the situation, and who do I see - the old angry gramps is there! So when I asked for the owner they said he wasn't in so I had to speak with another douche named George who was the manager over there. Of course mr. Grandpa got in the conversation and George got on his side and they both told me that they don't want to do any business with me nor with my friend. Then I asked who the old guy was to the company and he answered "just a driver". Now after a couple of months trying to reach the real owner I finally got somebody on the phone who introduced himself as Gary Bergman (the president), but after a couple of minutes talking I recognized the old voice and the a*hole attitude - it was that old grandpa again! But now he's saying he's the president! So I hung up the phone realizing that the conversation wouldn't go anywhere.
So to conclude, I still don't know who the owner of the company over there is, and whether they just wanna cover up their mistakes by not letting me speak with the real owner, but what I do know is that most definitely those guys are not just stupid and obstinate, they're very rude and disrespectful, and as I've heard they're still like that to other people and lost even more customers, and not only they lost a LOT of money by getting rid of customers like me and my friends (my business is expanding as well and I need new winter tires for all my work trucks), but if that friend of mine who got in that argument decides to, we're going to file a lawsuit against them for discrimination, because I'm Russian and he is from Belarus, and discrimination is a BIG word in this country! ;) Oh, and did I mention I'm going to file a report to BBB and have an anti-ad ran in Denver on a popular radio station??
