Company's services were retained to fight nyc parking tickets obtained on my vehicle. My credit card was billed, nothing done

The above mentioned company NYCPARKINGTICKETS.com was supposed to help Mr Richard fight parking tickets on a 1995 honda civic, plate number DYU1XXX. My credit card was billed for 108.74. After beginning correspondence with the company I started to receive additional penalty notices from the city regarding my summonses. When I called regarding the interest notices I was told to ignore them. I was also told that my summonses would be addressed in upcoming hearings. Eventually my summonses went into judgement and my vehicle was towed. On top of my
vehicle being towed I was no longer able to contact the company. No one returned my phone calls and I even went in person to the office at 90 John street, to no avail. I wound up paying approximately $700.00 to retrieve my
vehicle and 108.74 to the company. I wound up spending over $800.00 and that is why I am writing this report.
