Poor Customer service, shady sales practices

Shady sales practices. Received 3 different prices (website, phone, in person) on the same car. Was told a car I wanted was sold (least expensive car). When the deal on a more expensive car didn't go through the "sold" car was all of suddden available.

Terrible customer service. Here is the email one of the sales people sent me afterward.

As I already know, you fall in the 20% of customers that have NO loyalty at all. Thanks for asking for me, oh ya you didn't ask for me. I was the one that answered your e-mail and followed up with you. I was here when you were trying to buy the red one. I was the one how knows where the blue one. I had it out on a loaner agreement and it is back now&NOT SOLD. Whatever you gave me no chance to help you, so don't wish me better luck next time. I wish not to do business with you, next time. Please spare me the anguish. Thanks
