I was in New York Auto 10 to purchase a car. I was assured my Matthew the Sales Manager how honest they are, when someone has to tell you that, you know they are lying. After all the lies we decided against it, however I was unable to get my deposit back and was told too bad. I made every effort to comply to their unwritten rules, however they kept the deposit anyway.
These people cheat people on a daily basis, if you need to buy a car in Aurora, stay away from New York Auto.
