If you want an honest deal go somewhere else. I have to say my visit here started off very well, my salesman Sammy Daoud, was great, we test drove the car, he showed me how to work everything, no pressure. It was when I got turned over to the Finance Department things went bad. I had requested my loan go through my current Credit Union, no this guy is telling me he can get me a better rate. I knew better as I had shopped the rates and was already preapproved. A long story short, he actually put my loan through another credit union which was a half percent higher, he was so insistent on this that I almost felt like he had some kind of personal gain to get my deal through the other credit union. I have excellent credit and there was no question that I would be approved. I also was trading in a very nice 2005 Honda CRV and putting an additional $5,000.00 down. A couple of days later when I was notified that he had ran it through the other credit union and called, this finance guy was always busy. When I asked to speak to a manager, they agreed to rewrite my loan with my credit union, so back I went to sign again.

Hmmm... Never did see the original finance guy, and this new guy couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I then started getting payment books from the other credit union, had to get that taken care of also. Just did it myself, too much hassle to get Superior to take care of it. Next, I start getting notices from DMV that my insurance had been canceled on my Honda that I traded in and they were going to suspend my liscense. Thank Goodness I had a copy of the release of liability and had to deal with DMV on that... Again, too much trouble to deal with Superior. Last but not least, I purchased the $995.00 AutoMate Premier Paint Protection Program. This is something I would normally never purchase, but wanted to keep my paint nice, including the interior. With this program and the dealership confirmed this, the dealership contacts you within a couple of weeks of purchase and you take your car in and have the protection done, well I purchased the program 6/2/08 and her it is 9/8/08 no contact, when I call the service department, no response of course. When I called AutoMate it's self in Arizona, they said I am not in their system until the dealer notifys them that the first application has been done. Automate then will notify me every six months for the 5 year period that I can take the car in for reapplication. This dealership doesn't want anything to do with you once you have purchased the car. Unless you want months of neverending hassles in your life find a good Nissan dealership, you certainly will not find it here!
