I bought a 2003 bmw. Drive financial finance the car I did not know the car interset rate was 21%. I tried to trade the car in, I am 15000 upside down the wasn't but 17000 i have had the car for 2 years paying on time. I call drive to try to get it refinance and get a lower interst rate they are not trying to hear it. I am thinking about letting the car go. Nobody will give me a loan because i owe to much. These peoples are rip off. If they know you are paying your car and trying to rebuild your credit why not refinance and get a lower interest rate. I would like to be included in any lawsuit out there.
