I visited an ntb seller for an oil change and watched because the technology went around the vehicle for a diagnostic analysis. After 5 minutes he returned and explained i required new brakes throughout and it'd cost over $300.00.
I told him to alter the oil and that i might return for your brake work later.
24 hours later i visited sears and told them i required wheels. After 20 minutesapproximately the sears technician requested me why i believed i required wheels. I told him somebody had checked them and explained i desired new wheels. The sears technician confirmed me the brakes and they had more than 60% mat left and they were wearing equally. He explained used to do not want new wheels.
I returned to ntb and talked to the manager who consequently got the technician. The technician explained he'd adjusted the brakes and they were looking for alternative. I told him he could not have adjusted the wheels because he never actually took the tires down. I told the boss i'd never be back.
After e mailing ntb and received a callback in the regional manager. He was really apologetic and asked me to be patient which he'd compensation ober $70.00 for our sears bill for carrying out a correct brake analysis since i have might have never had a brake inspection or even for ntbis technician. He also promised me deals for-free oil improvements. I did so have the deals but never got anything back.
A couple of years ahead of this event, exactly the same ntb stated i required a front end positioning that we had checked by my chevy dealer. They said my front end was good. I just went back to ntb since i imagined that after 24 months they'd sorted their vineland shop out. Sadly, i'm just starting to see a routine of fake analytical work and fraudulent activity.
I'm writing a letter towards the bbb and also the nj state attorney generals office.
